Most important element. If you have good staff you can even book up a sinking ship!! First aid trained, selected on assertivity and a wicked sense of humor. However sweet in general our staff can be loud and obnoxious, please be not offended if they are sometimes a bit direct. Our staff suppose to know the city – try them out, give them a challenge!

We try not to exagerate as it is already a madness outside. We have a spacey bar and lounge to hide if you want….We consider fun as a cumulation of positive moments of well-being. This can be achieved in many ways…Go to the 4 th floor on our play site for tips and hints. Or go to our inhouse Energy Coffeeshop.
· Cleanliness (9.0)
Top priority, clean is clean, no mercy. Clean means also that we have some strict regulations like no food to be consumed in the dorms and strictly no sleepingbags (because of bed bugs).
How about the Price ? Are we expensive because we are a 5 star hostel? Our prices are highly competitive. And our prices includes sheets (your bed is covered), breakfast and taxes. If compared to other hostels in Amsterdam it is more or less the same.
Most of our rooms are airconditioned and all of them have facilities inside. For private and suites you pay a bit more. But still cheaper and we believe better then your average 1/2/3 hotel. Our pictures are garanteed fake free, what you see is what you get! |
