Relax and unwind on the quiet side of the Amsterdam Red Light District, one of the world's best hangouts. The Bulldog Hotel, in the middle of all the action, is a newly renovated, self-styled, clean and cool hostel in the heart of the center only 8 minutes walk from Central (train) Station.
Amsterdam is a cosmopolitan, thriving and non-conformist place- and Amsterdammers areknown throughout the world for their relaxed attitude. We want to be a home away from home for travellers of all ages and our staff is very carefully selected to create an ambient, relaxed atmosphere. We promise not to laugh when we see you eating bread with peanut butter 3 times a day for a week.
Imagine a place drinking a coffee on the roof patio while listening to to the city sounds combined with our green parrots screeching obscenities in up to 33 languages at one time. Having a smoke, watching a movie, playing pool is all part of the fun. Some like to stare for hours at our aquaria with a wide selection of rather unusual fishes. Or take a bite from our excellent cookies. We don't mind. We will take care of you.
You can also safely experience our inhouse coffee shop where we sell all kinds of non-alcoholic drinks along with compressed plant resins, and vegetable matter from all over the planet.
