Payment cash or creditcard upon arrival and only in euros.

Reservations (phone, email, on-line) can only be done with a valid credit card. We will also ask you for your nationality and email address or phonenumber.
To confirm your reservation we always give you a booking reference. If you have no booking reference you have no reservation. If you have no booking reference you have no reservation. Possible reservation confusion will be at your own responsibility.
Cancellations can only be done per email.
In all cases; phone cancellations can not and will not be accepted!!

Important: cancellation procedures mentioned at (commercial) booking engines like Hostelworld.com, Gomio.com, Hostelsclub.com, Flashbooking.com, Hostelbookers.com etc etc. are NOT valid when you book accommodation in the Bulldog Hotel. Booking-engines mostly say that you can cancel 24 hours before arrival.

You can cancel without extra charge with The Bulldog Hotel 72 hours (!) prior to arrival! Possible confusion / charges etc will be at your own responsibility.

Creditcard will be charged only if:
- You cancel a reservation within 72 hours (3 days) prior to the date of arrival (=3pm).
- Changes are made to the reservation within 72 hours (3 days) prior to the date of arrival (=3pm).
